I accept that I will be invoiced and pay £128 for diagnostics/Call out when our engineer comes to diagnose and repair the faulty machine at your address. A repair fee of will be payable instantly before/after we have completely solved the repair You will not pay the repair fee if we don't turn up and a refund will be issued. The client must ensure someone is available onsite during the time of service and if client not mate on site this will be regarded as job done and shall be charged as normal call out. Any persons onsite should be 18+ years I accept to pay the proactive maintenance charge of £90
