hobs Repair Service
Our engineers are well trained to diagnose your cooker of any kind accurately and perform professional repairs so you can recover your appliance, regardless of the fault or brand.
HOBS AND COOKER TYPES
They are 4 common types of hobs,
Electric solid Hobs
Gas Burner Hobs
Induction Hobs
Ceramic- Hobs
ELECTRIC SOLID HOBS
They are the ordinary version hobs which use solid element plates for heat production, they comprise of temperature regulators, cut offs and Solid HOT Plates.
CERAMIC HOBS
They are made up of heater elements in ring form that used for heat production and are covered up with ceramic plate materials, they can be electronically controlled with PCBs or Manually controlled depending on design
INDUCTION HOBS
Induction hobs are type of hobs that are designed in the way that they induct magnetic fields that are used as medium of heat production hence INDUCTION Hobs. they only use special pans and are controlled by electronic PCBS.
GAS HOBS
They use gas a medium for heat production, they work in way that they burn gas instantly for heat production and are controlled by gas regulators
Faults and possible causes

Common Faults
Tripping Electrics VILE
s can be due to an earth leak that maybe caused by a faulty element, ring or PCB
Not burning up on some Rings/plates?
this can be caused due to faulty Ring, PCB not sending command due to burnt components or faulty Regulator.
Not regulating temperature?
This can be due to faulty Temperature Regulator PCB or temperature sensors and limiters.
showing missing Pan error-induction?
PCB FAULTY for induction Hobs.

HOBs PARTS
For the hobs to properly function it needs major components like heat elements-regulators-temperature limiters-
They are used for heat production
They are used to control the hobs power needed for cooking per customers choice, they can be electronic version or Analog normal nobs
These act as safety devices to safe guard the appliance from over heating. These can either be NTC or PTC types.
They are used as master controllers in induction hobs and some ceramic hobs and are designed to control and safeguard the hobs electronicaly.
they are usually connected in series with the heat elements and are responsible for switching on and off of the heat element depending on the power selection used.
