Yes. A fixed callout/diagnostic fee applies to all appointments. It covers engineer time and assessment and is payable whether or not a repair is completed.
4. Is the diagnostic fee deducted from the repair cost?
In most cases, yes. If the repair is completed on the same visit, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total labour charge (unless stated otherwise).

We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available. Emergency callouts may carry a separate rate.

Yes. All repairs come with a limited workmanship warranty. Parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty excludes misuse, unrelated faults, or pre-existing damage.
8. Will you supply parts?
Yes. We supply genuine or high-quality compatible parts. Special order parts may require advance payment and are non-refundable once ordered.
9. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. However, cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge due to engineer scheduling and travel time.
10. What if my appliance is beyond economical repair?
If the appliance is not worth repairing, the diagnostic fee still applies. We will advise you honestly and may recommend replacement options.
11. Do you work on built-in or integrated appliances?
Yes, but access is required. If units need to be removed (e.g., cabinetry), an extra labour charge may apply.

Many repairs are completed on the first visit. If parts are needed, we arrange a return appointment as soon as the parts arrive.
13. Do you take old appliances away?
We can arrange disposal for an additional fee. This must be booked in advance.
14. Are your engineers qualified and insured?
